REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP 2023 – 175) ADVISORY SERVICES – GOVERNANCE, RISK AND COMPLIANCE

The Princess Juliana International Airport Operating Company N.V. (“PJIAE”) is seeking a Successful Consultancy Firm to work closely with the Managing Board and the Supervisory Board of PJIAE, the Managing Board and the Supervisory Board of Princess Juliana International Airport Holding Company N.V. (PJIAH) and other key stakeholders, to provide strategic advice and support in connection with Governance Risk and Compliance through a comprehensive risk assessment report regarding different corporate structures to be identified.

All proposals for the requested services must be submitted in electronic format (PDF format) per email prior to 5:00 PM AST on Friday, October 13, 2023, to the attention of:
