Recovery Reconstruction

The Terminal Building Reconstruction Project, also referred to as Package 2, consist of several phases and multiple equipment packages tendered to a single General Contractor (GC).

Scope of work

The project will be an open tender to interested local and international contractors. A single General Contractor will be awarded the reconstruction contract which includes all primary building trades, not

Equipment Packages

In addition to the primary building components, the successful general contractor will be responsible for coordinating the works and scheduling, providing site access and utilities, etc., of the selected contractors delivering the multiple Equipment Procurement Packages which includes the following:

  • Baggage handling systems (BHS)
  • Self Service Baggage Drops
  • Visual Guidance Display Systems (VGDS)
  • Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB)
  • Security Screening Equipment
  • Automatic Border Control (ABC) Equipment
  • Hold Room Seating
  • Fixtures, Furniture and Appliances (FF&A)

Contractor Participation

Interested local companies with experience in these trades and equipment packages are welcome to register on our website to be updated on the preconstruction activities of the project. Registered contractors will be invited to meet the potential contractors during the planned site visits
